About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To endlessly explore!

ABOUT ME

I thrive on meeting new people and traveling. I enjoy running - I do half marathons, play banjo, read, and recently have been beefing up my cooking/baking skills.

PHILOSOPHY

"Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today." - James Dean

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been active via couchsurfing for about a couple years. I found out about it while living in Southern Maine through lifelong friends hosting travelers from northern Africa. From that point on, I've surfed throughout the southeastern part of the United States. While living in Jacksonville, I hosted people all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had an absolute blast meeting new people and having the opportunity to explore new places. It has been a rewarding experience.

Interests

Traveling, outdoors - hiking, climbing, camping, fishing, etc., reading, philosophy, music, current international events, SPORTS!, poker, beaches, mountains, meeting new people the list is endless!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy tons of movies from comedy to action to thrillers. I like to read adventure books and I'll listen to everything but country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

By far... Big Bend National Park. The park is located in Western Texas. I've been to around a dozen national parks, and favor this one over all the others.

Hiking 300 miles on the Appalachian trail at one go. I got to experience coyotes fighting each other in the middle of the night and meeting strangers from all over the world!

Living in seven states and three time zones.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know alot about camping. Feel free to ask anything! I can also bake and grill really well.
