ABOUT ME

Something about me? I'd describe myself as a traveler with a passion for the unknown. One of my life philosophies is: "When was the last time you did something for the first time?!" Due to this I'm always eager to embrace new adventures and experiences, what doesn't necessarily mean I would go for an illegal car race on the highway but why not trying the tradition of Finnish Sauna while being in Finnland for instance ;) I can get excited about little things, which I find worthwhile or just beautiful. I love details and get lost in taking pictures

I enjoy the company of people making me laugh. On the road I like to get in contact with locals, cause they usually like to point out the beauty of their beloved country and know best where to go and what to do :)

What nationality am I? It's hard to say! I was born in Poland and I have spent a lot of my holdays there. On the other hand I'm living in Germany since my first birthday, I grew up and feel home here. In the end I would say it is rather irrelevant. Im in fact both Polish and German or neither of them at the same time, according to the situation ;) Some people even suspect me to be Spanish! :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently trying to get back into the couchsurfing community. Starting into my job made me step back in the past years but this september I've started into a 6-month sabbatical and remembered the lovely couchsurfing experiences I had years ago :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My Erasmus friend Pipa told me a lot about CouchSurfing years ago and with her I had great experiences. We celebrated New Years Eve and did Couchsurfing in Scandinavia, later on I had great Couchsurfing moments in Boston and Istanbul. Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to host a couchsurfers yet, but I`m looking forward to do so in Berlin.

-Running (Marathon 2019 in Berlin), Standart-/Latin dancing, especially Salsa
-Cooking
-Travelling: I adore to visit new cities and countries, try local food and enjoy the atmosphere. I want to see the world!

I've started to play the guitar 1 year ago, and though I`m still a beginner, I love to play it. My vision is to do some singer-songrwite music at the streets of Berlin

Being an Erasmus student in Wroclaw (Poland) years ago was just awesome! Always on the move, meeting new people, hearing new languages, spending days and nights with great people. It was a great time in my life, and it influced me as the person I am today :)
