Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that the best way to explore a place is to interact with the locals. Couch Surfing is such a great idea to do exactly that.

On one of trips to China, though we stayed at a hotel , CS members were really very helpful in providing all information we needed about the city.

Interests

I am trained Indian classical music vocalist and also sing Bollywood/English songs. My hobbies include Painting, Crafting, Singing , Gardening, Travelling, Trekking, Yoga and Dancing. While my husband loves poetry and History..

I also enjoy cooking Indian and Chinese food. I am a complete vegetarian person. I absolutely love desserts - specially ones which include chocolate. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Scuba Diving - At Anadaman and Nicobar Island , India. I was under water for good 45mins, appreciating the beautiful corals, fishes and wondering what a life it is down here.
2. Paragliding over Naukuchiyatal Lake, near Nainital India.
3. Trekking to the Himalayan mountains
4. Rock climbing, rappling on mountains
5. Aerobic Dance on streets of Xiamen, China participating with the local community.
