I have diverse taste in music and enjoy checking out live music, especially small venues, where ever I travel.

Books, I like historical fiction, classic literature, magical realism, biographies. Some of my favorite authors are Amy Tan, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Jorge Amado, Virginia Woolf, Alice Munro, John Irving, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Leo Tolstoy, Rohinton Mistry.

I mostly watch foreign films, drama, comedy, suspense.

I drove from Calgary to Nova Scotia in 6 days with no speeding tickets.
