After finishing my postgraduate I found myself in Arica after applying to the Brittish Council Language Assistant programme.

Needless to say, I fell in love with the city; it's beaches, it's relaxed atmosphere and it's charm. I returned to Scotland for a few months when my year with the programme ended, but I moved back to Chile at the first opportunity and I now live here indefinitely.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been very lucky to have met some incredible people during my travels in South America; people who have taken time to show me around their cities and who have shared their experiences with me.
