My friends would say I am brave, and adventurous. They might also say that I am quick-witted and like to laugh. I especially love live music, good food, and good wine, and laughter and conversation with good people. I look forward to many new friends and new adventures.

The more people from other cultures that we get to know, the more tolerant people will be of others. My personal philosophy these days is very simple...BE and DO.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with quite a few people, and have also had meals with others. So far, a great experience. I love the idea of people opening up their homes to each other, sharing in the stories, and creating new memories, all around the world.

I have not yet hosted, as I have basically been a "gypsy" for some time now. But, I look forward to it!

Interests

I love live music, good company, good food, good wine....I love seeing and learning about difference cultures and people....I love to read, and see movies....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Spending 4 days "training" with elephants, in northern Thailand
-Watching my nephew being born
-Spending time with a loved one driving the length of Scotland
-Shark-cage diving in South Africa
-Sandboarding in Peru
-Seeing a volcano erupt!!!
-LOTS and lots of travel experiences!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a pretty good cook, and would love to share some meals with you. I can share lots of laughter and stories and advice on travel! I am a Massage Therapist and although I am not keen to be doing a full massage when I am not "working", I can certainly offer a bit of help here and there,with issues in your tissues. :)
