I am an architect and an art historian. Obviously I enjoy cities, and museums. But I also love nature. Being from Costa Rica my eyes are used to an exuberant green that I love and crave. I feel a deep connection to mountains and volcanoes. Also, I am a fairly good bird watcher.
Obviously I love traveling. I am a very curious person, and I enjoy learning and discovering new things. If you talk to me with passion, I will most likely listen to you with attention regardless of the subject. I think I am fairly open minded. I try to make people feel comfortable, and I dislike bigotry. I like talking to people who also like learning and who want to share their ideas and believes. I enjoy laughing and being happy. I have a weird sense of humor and I like it when I meet people who share that with me.
I like traveling on a low budget, I think you get to have the best experiences and meet the best people along the way. I got bored of waiting on people to join my travel plans so I just decided to make my own plans and meet my travel partners on the way.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Couchsurfing has been good to me. It has allowed me to meet amazing people both hosting and being hosted. I think the idea is disruptive and revolutionary and I want to be a part of it. Also I enjoy traveling with a real perspective of how different people live in the world and an open mind to different cultures and people.
I also think we are all citizens of the world and I want everyone to feel as such.
