About Me
“If you really want to hear about it, the first thing you’ll probably want to know is where I was born, and what my lousy childhood was like, and how my parents were occupied and all before they had me, and all that David Copperfield kind of crap, but I don’t feel like going into it, if you want to know the truth. In the first place, that stuff bores me, and in the second place, my parents would have about hemorrhages apiece if I told anything pretty personal about them.”
I actually didn’t know how to start so I quoted a bit of The Catcher in the Rye, which is one of my favourites books and I guess that would also say something about me.
I consider myself a friendly, open-minded, flexible,outgoing, adventure-seeking person.
As you probably have reed before, I have studied medicine. I have also worked as a waitress, receptionist, shop assistant and secretary during the summers or as a part-time job.
I think meeting different people it’s one of the most enriching experiences. It has definitely an impact. The exchange of views, traditions, attitudes, knowledge, accents, words, hobbies, dishes and lots of things more can enrich at all levels. It opens you to different customs, makes you question your beliefs or opinions either looking for reasons to defend them or realizing that you actually don’t have any. Everyone makes you grow, both the people you admire and find amazing and the ones that you wouldn’t in certain ways take as your role model. Everyone we will ever meet knows something we don’t.
It is said that everything in life is about giving and receiving. Luckily and thanks to the kindness of others I have had access to what I needed and for this reason I would like that others have the same conditions. People seek equal opportunities and conditions, not charity. I wish I could be that person who has contributed to improve someone's life, conditions or opportunities.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I´ve been 2 months in Philippines as a volunteer which has been one of the most amazing experiences in my life. There we had the chance to go to the beach for a weekend. We spend all the night having really deep conversations at the beach, then we realised it was really late and we decided to stay and see the sunrise. It was the most amazing sunrise I have ever seen, the silence after all what we have talked about, the incredible landscape, feeling so tiny and big at the same time...
