I’m interested in the metaphysical universe, plant medicine, permaculture, alternative ways of living, dance/movement and human connection. This year I’m heading to Peru and South America to explore sacred sites and our ancient origins.

Music: ambient chill, indie, world music, old school 90s rnb rap, kirtan (mantra)

Movies: documentaries, comedy and Arthouse. The last film I watched was everything everywhere all at once, loved it.

Books: lately more non-fiction at the moment the body keeps the score and David Hawkins
