ABOUT ME

My name is Susana and I am originally from Lisbon, Portugal. I am currently living in Utrecht, in the Netherlands, where I study social sciences at a liberal arts university. Before that, I lived for two years in New Mexico, where I studied at an international school called United World College USA. There, people from everywhere come together for two years, promoting and fighting for a more peaceful and sustainable future. The concept of other countries, languages, cultures and travelling are thus not strange to me, but they are also some of my biggest passions!

Few things make me as happy as travelling and experiencing things for the first time. I love the feeling I have everytime I arrive somewhere new and I am surrounded by new people. Often times I travel by hitchhiking, as it never fails to provide me with a good story and a lot of intersting acquaintances made on the way.
