Overview
About Me
My name is Suzi. I am twenty two and from England.
I graduated from University in June and am currently taking a gap year before starting my a Masters in the next academic year. I studied politics which often elicits a few stares, but politics is a broad subject I promise!
I have spent this year working to save some money - I worked as a Christmas elf - as well as backpacking for three weeks through Italy. I worked my way up from Naples to Rome, Florence, Bologna and then finally Venice.
I am a chatty, stereotypical English girl except for my shocking dislike of tea. I have chosen to travel by myself because quite simply I would not be able to travel otherwise. I love meeting new people and have found that travelling by myself is a great way to do this. I love exploring new places and discovering all the wonders in them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couch Surfing because I want to travel across America in May/June/July this year (2016). It has always been my dream to travel around the US and well I cannot believe that it is finally going to be a reality now.
There is a lack of choice when it comes to hostels in the USA and often they are very expensive. I am hoping that I can find some very kind people that will be able to take me in for a few nights!
Interests
I love computer games. I have a YouTube channel which I post gaming videos to. I am most certainly small time, but I love it.
TV - be it crime shows, really bad reality TV or Dr Who... I just really like TV.
I love a good action movie, Jason Statham is amazing, but I also have an affinity for chick flicks too. I go to the cinema about three times a month.
I play the guitar, as well as the ukulele and violin badly. My dad taught me when I was ten how to play guitar and since then I have always found myself dabbling at it.
I find myself singing all the time, but whether I have any talent is up for debate. I go rather English, but I think it makes me sound more in tune.

A traditional British roast anyone?
If you have any instruments we can have a jam session. Though I certainly cannot attest to possessing much skill in the area, I have some basic skills which could make for a fun evening.
A lively, happy personality. Eager to explore a new city and have a chat!
