Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a cool concept and was happy to host when I had more space than I needed (not currently the case, but stay tuned!).

Interests

The outdoors, music, dancing, hammock lounging, games (dice, cards, board, video, the list goes on...), drinks, hikes, bike rides, delicious meals, people who aren't assholes, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - I like a lot of electronic music (chill beats for the chill times or when I'm trying to focus on something, funky house for the dancing times), heavy metal (generally thrash/speed metal but I try not to be a metal sub-genre snob), classic rock, all sorts of stuff really. Just not typically into top 40 or pop country.

Movies - anything funny, or documentaries. I like laughing and learning.

Books - There is an early retirement blog I like to read. Other than that, wherever the internet takes me...
