Norwegian on paper, Nepalese at heart! Grew up in a small village in the countryside Nepal close to the mountains, but somehow ended up as a scientist in Norway.

I’m a hardcore molecular and cancer biologist with a passion for breast cancer genetics and immunology. If you’re into science, deep conversations, or random facts about what goes right and wrong inside the nucleus of a cell, I’m your person 😄

Outside the lab, I’m usually off exploring the world, dancing bachata, playing stock exchange, running in the woods, lifting weights in the gym, playing chess, fishing, or cooking something delicious. I’m also a strong advocate for science-based thinking —politically very liberal and a proud vaccine enthusiast 😉
