I have just started a restaurant in Wisconsin and for the last 4 months have worked for free to make it work and have been screwed over by owners once again. I am not bitter, eye have only learned that you must be around like minded individuals with the same beliefs and ideals to accomplish anything. Eye would love to come out to Cali and attempt to show everyone what we can DO when we just DO "IT" and say fuck it and DO what is write.
