ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Germany and I have been living in the U.S. for nearly eight years now. I just graduated and decided to celebrate with a trip through Europe. I would like to see Paris, London, Dublin, Prague, Madrid, Lisbon, Rome, and Zurich. I am always happy to make new friends and like to get to know places with insider tips from locals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just recently found out about the couch surfing website and just signed up. However, I have been "the guy on the couch" before. I have met the people I stayed with either through friends or out and about. It has been a great experience so far.

Interests

I like to travel. Until just last month I was busy with school and work and never had much free time. This is why I decided to take two months off and explore Europe! I also love having long lunches or dinners with my friends, where we can sit and relax and catch up. I enjoy hikes and nature walks. I don't really have much experience, but I also have an interest in photography.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like comedies, feel good movies, suspense or a good action movie. I listen to a wide range of music, from Madonna to Passion Pit to Tool. It all depends on my mood. Honestly I have not read many books lately, but in general I like stories based on true events.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I probably have to chose the same topic as in the question before, that I moved halfway across the world by myself when I was 19. I studied in a different language and just got my degree :)
