ABOUT ME

I live with my brother and his girlfriend. They have 3 kids between them who are sometimes/often at the house. If he wasn't paranoid, I'd love to host! Alas...

I've worked in education for many years and with youth of all ages, including two AmeriCorps programs. I've also been teaching swim for 10 years. Currently I'm nannying full-time, and saving like a boss!! I want to get out and see the world...the right way ;)

I've vacationed a few places, but I've only "traveled" to Guatemala. Two weeks backpacking with a friend. Changed my life. I'm gearing up for another change within the next couple years: globe-trotting.

I can offer something to eat, a conversation, my time and friendliness. I can give some information about my town (Campbell, CA) and I'm familiar with the greater San Jose area. I can provide a place to sleep but there are no spare bedrooms; only an uncomfortable couch and a hard floor.
