Generally happy-go-lucky and flexible. Can get 'snooty' if I work too hard, hence a long break currently occurring!! Love music, poetry, writing, dancing and am great at all but couldn't paint a stick figure to save my life!!! LOL :-) Love to help people. Love rock climbing and scenic walks

PHILOSOPHY

Life is to be lived and enjoyed to the best of your ability without hurting others - preferably helping others. We all have 'baggage' but we need to leave it at the door if we don't know how to close the lid when necessary! Life has become too busy and too few people are living it the way they want to.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

only new to the game so I guess my participation would be promotion of the site for now and offering of a couch when I return home - whenever that may be!

Met some great people in Melbourne through couch surfer Fiona - Fiona and her house mates were fantastic

Music, Movies, and Books

Like most types of movies but my memory of their content is shocking! I can sit half way through a movie before I realise I have already seen it!! LOL
Love pretty much all types of music too and memory is much better for words of songs. Again, I'm pretty flexible with books - can be fiction, non-fiction, romance, mystery, comedy or fantasy but it needs to get me in within the first 60 pages or it's gone!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have skydived over Coffs Harbour on the NSW Mid North Coast, sailed The Nile on a felucca and visited the Pyramids and Sphynx. I have climbed rocks at The Warrumbungles near Coonabarabran in NSW and am currently travelling Australia in my campervan. Sorry, couldn't stop at one!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I would be happy to share my knowledge and skills of music, singing and writing. I am a practical, logical thinker who can put her hand to most things (I replaced my skylight/vent on my campervan and removed a house window - replacing it with glass bricks - both without assistance). I am open to learning anything!! Maybe some tips on guitar playing wouldn't go astray! :-)
