I live in Chagford, Devon, have been here 20 years. We came down from London when I was pregnant with our daughter. She is now going off to Uni. Devon is wonderful (long wet winters though) but you need to get hits of culture, like anywhere it's good to come home to. I'm a self employed pictureframe maker, I like to paint too if I get any time off, I love my job, I like to jog and swim, read, watch good films and documentaries. I love my close friends and family!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We /I comeup to London quite often for the day using the train, to see an important exhibition but I'd like to spread it out over a couple of days now Im getting on!! Hopefully it wd not be so exhausting. Couchsurfing seems like a nice way of connecting with nice people.. I have done airbnb quite a lot but it is denting my budget a bit!
