ABOUT ME
Just turned 40 this year but am constantly shocking people when I tell them , they don't believe me (I don't believe it myself ) cos it's just a number, you 20 something's "it's not old ! You'll get there before u know it" -- I'm super groovy still damn it. Writer, film maker and performance artist. I am a passionate animal rights advocate and this became important to me about two years ago after a trip to Thaliand volunteering at an Elephant sanctuary. I have also recently become excitedly interested in meditation and healing practices and spirtual things, nutrition. I would love to travel all over the world more and more and do some more volunteering. Also have some exciting film and writing projects coming up. Love film! and music, that i cannot live without

PHILOSOPHY

Simply just to remind myself how lucky I really am compared to some of the adversity others have to face. So I on occasion have to give myself a little kick up the bum when negativity sets in

I have sooo many favourites, as movies, music, books, well thats my life. I love reading classics, plays and non fiction. I have varied tastes in film. I like raw, serious films, that affect and stay with you.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working with elephants at a 'proper, legitimate' elephant Sanctuary in Sourthern Thailand. looking after the elephants,
(Not a safari or 'riding them' which i have come to learn is cruel and expoitative) but properly just taking care of them and helping with the daily run of the place and hanging with all the other volunteers was a wonderful time. i cant wait to do it again
