Hi!
my name is Sven, i live in a german city called Bielefeld (for the ones who konw the rumors: yes, it exists ;) )

In my voluntary social year i worked as an ambulance driver, but unfortunately my recent studies of economics are quite time consuming. Apart from that i am an active local politician for the german social democratic party.
The chance to make a small change for the better is what motivates me in the things i do.

From all dogs in the world English Bulldogs are the most missunderstood ones. While all people think they could be dangerous, the only danger is to slip on their slobber or to stumble over them while they sleeps just in the way.

As I am a person you can easily have a conversation with, we can talk about all the other important things in life personally. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard awesome stories about Couchsurfing and the people on here.
This summer i plan to travel Scandinavia and the Baltics with a friend of mine and would like to use the opportunity to try couchsurfing myself.

Interests

travelling - how surprising ;)

politics - i love to discuss about nearly everything (but don't worry, i know when to stop and i am also capable of liking people with different opinions ;) )

sports - i love jogging and cycling in the woods and also stupid gym workout

games - board games with friends and lonesome nights with my PS4

eating - preferably with the ones i love, a bottle of wine/beer and good music

technology - new fascinating inventions and more or less useful gadgets

going out, dirty jokes and fun with my dog

Music, Movies, and Books

music:
the music i hear definitely depends on my mood:
from the xx, via Bastille, through to Bon Iver - and sometimes there are these embarrasing moments i love 90's music, especially drunk and in a bar... (but don't tell ;) )

movies:
the problem is i always forget which movies i have seen, but i always enjoy a Marvel movie - which does not make me a cineast with a fine movie taste i guess..

tv series:
my recent favorites are: House of Cards, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Dexter and all-time high: the Nanny!

books:
The last book I read was:' Applied multivariate statistical analysis' (Wasn't a fun to read though.)
