I haven’t done any big travels in a long time—like you can see in my references, it’s been about 8 years.

In the last years, I worked in different places, spent amazing time with friends and family, traveled around Germany by train and car, visited a lot of friends, studied for 3 years to become a teacher for kids, and worked for the last 2 years.

Now it’s time to travel again and meet great people all around the world. (:
For about 10 years it has been my dream to come to Australia, and now I finally made it! I’m here on a Working Holiday Visa.

I love discovering new places and meeting new people. Sometimes I just need a place to sleep, a good conversation with other travelers, or someone to share stories with. Let’s get to know each other and have a great time!
Also, I’d love to improve my English skills. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to explore the beautiful world, and I don’t like staying in hotels and being alone. It’s much nicer to meet new people, connect, and have a great time together.

I would love to host as well :)
Right now I’m traveling through Australia and don’t have a home at the moment, but once I settle down again, I definitely want to host other travelers. (=

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I like all kinds of music. From dance music to punkrock to chart music to electro or hiphop.... I like to hear live music in bars, go to festivals or concert. Of course I like to dance!

Movies: this is difficult!!! There are many good movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

• Volunteered for one year in Alta, Northern Norway, working in a Norwegian kindergarten. Experienced one month of darkness, two months of midnight sun, northern lights, and eight months of winter.
• Traveled through Portugal with friends, from Lisbon down to Lagos.
• Worked as an Au Pair in the US and was happy to visit all 50 states.
• Ran a marathon in Washington, D.C. (=
• Took a road trip along the West Coast.
• Road trip from Kansas to Austin and New Orleans for New Year’s Eve.
• Spent five amazing days in Minneapolis.
• Worked and lived through both winter and summer seasons in the Austrian mountains—snowboarding, meeting seasonal workers, and connecting with locals.
• Helped build a house made of straw and clay.
• Vacationed in Denmark.
• Completed vocational training in special-needs education while living on the Baltic Sea coast.
• Traveled with amazing friends and created great memories together.
• Spent time by the ocean (I love the sea 🌊).
• Visited friends in different cities throughout the years.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you how you can begin to Juggle, Boxing&Kickboxing. I like also to learn new sport arts. Maybe you can help me to learn a new sport art.

I think we can have a great time together with lot of fun and can change many experience about travel and life.

I like to cook, perhaps we make a good breakfast, lunch or dinner together. :)
