I'm a open-minded, relaxed and curious person, thus I would like to get to know another perspective from the places I go to.
Since I am soon going to study a semester abroad in Manchester, I would like to get to know local people from there! :)

Interests

I like a lot of things, but I'm especially into music and like to listen to it, go to concerts, festivals and to discover new bands. I play the guitar a little, like cooking, drawing and enjoy going to museums and art exhibits, too. I do some sports like Basketball (occasionally), Yoga and Cross training.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love indie rock and electronic music. I guess it's hard to settle on one artist, thus I offer a few which I like: Alt-J, We were promised Jetpacks, The Acid, The Black Keys, Christian Löffler, Bonobo, Balthazar, Damien Jurado, The Maccabees, Metronomy, The Whitest Boy Alive...

Some of my favorite movies are Into the Wild, Boyhood and Fight Club and I enjoy TV shows a lot as well, like Shameless, Modern Family, House of Cards, ...

Unfortunately I haven't read a lot books beside university in the last few months, but some of my favorites are Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S. Thompson, The Beach by Alex Garland, The Corrections by Jonathan Franzen, 1984 by Orwell, Grapes of Wrath by Steinbeck and some German books which are probably unknown outside of Germany..
