About Me
Hello! I'm a new member of the CS community, I recently joined because I now have to opportunity to provide a couch to travellers and because I will be going on a trip myself soon. So I'm looking forward to meeting people and to good karma in return :)
I used to travel more often a few years ago, but it got a bit more difficult now that I have a full-time job in an engineering firm. I'm passionate about my work and about Montreal, and I'll gladly share both with you! I'm also dedicated to personal development and growth, having an impact on society is a goal for me, and I love being helpful (I secretly miss my customer service jobs).
I've heard a lot of good things from this platform and I can't wait to contribute to it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think it's time for me to get out of my comfort zone, try out something new. I'd like to meet new people, exchange world views, be exposed to how things are done elsewhere. Being around people who think just like you flattens out your ability to have an intellectual conversation, and I'd like to avoid that as much as possible!
However, I am NOT on CS for hookups/dating. I have a boyfriend, we're in a serious relationship, and I will act accordingly.

Teach, Learn, Share
I love Montreal, and I'd be happy to show you my favourite spots in the city. I used to hang out a lot at independent coffee shops when I was a student, that's one way I got to discover amazing places, and enjoy third-wave coffee. I also like simply walking around, looking at the architecture, getting a sense of the neighbourhood.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my curiosity and my interest in people. I like to listen to life stories, and appreciate the diversity of human nature.
Countries I’ve Visited
