Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing combines two of my favorite things - travelling and meeting new people. We might forget the sights we see, but never the people we connect with.

Interests

I've always been a big scifi and fantasy fan, spent most of my high school years reading Russian science fiction. I am trying to get back into reading regularly, let me know if you have recommendations.

I love dancing. I spent two years doing competitive Irish dancing until I moved to Canada. I tried a bit of contemporary dance, salsa, bachata, and zouk. Currently taking a forced break from dance classes, but still interested in practicing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was (still am) working on software for a small satellite as a part of my university satellite design team. Maybe one day there will be a satellite orbiting the Earth running my code on it?
