ABOUT ME

I'm an ambitious and hardworking young woman who is eager to see this world and all that it has to offer. After finishing college, I plan on using any and all means necessary to discover new cultures and a deeper meaning to life.

I quit my job after a long history of working in the restaurant industry. So needless to say, I know all about it, but eventually it got to me. I just decided that life is way too short to do something that makes you unhappy.

So I love restaurants and their uniqueness. I love dining and sharing the table with people. While I like the service industry, I am convinced that the worst service is found in the U.S. I'd love for someone to prove me right on this.

After I quit my long-run in the restaurant industry, I decided to become a writer full time. The majority of my writing will be from marketing sense, I write for businesses to consumers. The job is taking some adjustment, just like any other big life change. However, I work from home, so it frees up my schedule.

I love hot yoga and I practice a few times a week. There is something relaxing about doing yoga in 105 degree heat. Needless to say, I get cold easily.

I'm at that stage in life where I am learning to love myself, my flaws and my strengths.

PHILOSOPHY

Come to the understanding that yesterday is already over and tomorrow isn't here yet, so it doesn't really make sense to obsess about not knowing the future.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will participate a couch surfer only, at first. I'd like to be able to learn to trust others, from other cultures and backgrounds through CouchSurfing. However, I would like to host in the future. I will be gracious, kind and extremely thankful to anyone who extends this courtesy to me. I'd like to help in any way that I can.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I moved my entire life to another city without seeing it first. I sold everything I owned and if I didn't fit it my car, it wasn't going with me. I took a huge risk in this move, but it was worth every single step. I've seen transformations in myself that could've only taken place with this kind of risk. You don't ever realize what you're truly capable of until you try.
