About Me

I’ve stayed with a lot of people during my all-India backpacking trip through couchsurfing who are now my lifelong friends, and now it feels right to give back to the same community that helped me. Currently hosting only indians as hosting foreigners has become stricter because of the incidents that are happening around the country that you might be aware of. Hosting for me isn’t about showing off my place or pretending to offer something fancy. It’s about sharing space with travellers who understand the spirit of Couchsurfing and aren’t expecting luxury or special treatment.
Let me spell things out properly. My place is basic — genuinely basic. If you come here thinking you’re getting privacy, a premium setup, or anything close to a hotel experience, you’re already choosing the wrong host. It’s a shared room with separate beds, which means you’ll be sharing the room with me. If that bothers you, then it’s not a good match from the start.
I can offer you a place to sleep, the necessary essentials, and whatever local knowledge I’ve collected over the years. I can also share simple veg food — whatever I cook for myself, you’re welcome to have. Also if you want to cook something in my kitchen you are most welcome. But don’t expect anything beyond that. No pampering, no special requests. If you need comfort more than you need connection, you should look elsewhere.
I only want to host genuine travellers who aren’t bringing hidden expectations or unnecessary drama. If you’re here to see the place, learn something real, meet people, and share experiences, then you’ll fit in perfectly. A very important point: my place is inside a government building. That means rules are strict, and they are not up for negotiation. Smoking weed or doing anything illegal is completely prohibited.
Before you send a request, I need to know exactly how long you intend to stay. Be clear, be honest, It helps me plan, and it helps both of us avoid pointless misunderstandings.
To make sure you actually read everything and aren’t just mass-requesting hosts like a tourist, start your message with the word “karma.” If you don’t include it, I’ll assume you didn’t read the description and I’ll decline instantly. Also if you dont have any references from other hosts, I won't be able to host you.
If you’re respectful, easygoing, dont need a lot of hand holding and value authenticity far more than comfort, then you’ll be welcome here.
