In pursuit... hopefully you all can assist in the discovery "of what"
Who really knows how best to start this wholistic description of oneself, so I feel it best to just express how I feel I arrived here, in this moment and place trying to give a sincere depiction of myself to complete strangers and potential family alike.
As long as I can recall, I've been "travelling"/moving every 2-3 years of my life on account of the fact that my father was in the Air Force.
It is certainly a sink or swim lifestyle, but one that I unwittingly enjoyed. I feel like this nomadic path we travelled lended itself nicely to my own natural inclinations to move and engage this life abundantly.
As I'm sure many of you have found yourselves; I am at a profound juncture in my life where the path best suited to elicit my passion and love for affecting change and imparting warmth and love upon humanity is clouded and remarkably unclear.
I have always found myself inherently gravitating towards professions where I may be of use and guidance to our youth. As it is I presently work with kids with developmental disabilities, coach Soccer, Football, and track to name a few and help direct a recreation center. However, spiritually, I find myself discontent because my destiny's instinct doesnt feel as if I'm affecting change to the degree or perhaps in the form that my spirit feels I should.
I've been feeling a draw, pull, gravitation towards brazil as if some grand insight may be uncovered there which is why I joined CS to begin with. Any life lessons or fateful words any of you may be willing to contribute would be welcome and greatly appreciated at this point.
Love unassumingly. The version of you that is easiest to be is more than likely, the one, the world needs to see. Humanity, our global community, is best served by us as individuals safeguarding and sharing our own authenticity.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
You're more than welcome to come stay with me in LA. 5 minutes from LAX if you wish to travel anywhere else in the states. With 7 brothers and sisters, I just recently began living on my own in LA and loving it. Might never go back to a roommate but I'd welcome a weary traveller from time to time. I have a comfortable couch in the living room/den area. I stay in a communally warm apt building with a pool thats 10 mins from the beach.
I work a lot to support myself but have a wonderful group of positive and genuine human beings, who I'm honored to consider friends who can take you around during the day if my relatively flexible schedule doesnt permit.
