U[date 4 March - I have a family emergency and am not sure when I will be back to to being able to host

Please Note I am booked out for March hosting wise and I will be taking a break from couch surfing starting April 2019 as I have final exams coming up and will be moving countries!

Originally born in Germany I have basically traveled my entire life. Dad was military so we moved a lot. I'm pretty sure that is where my love for traveling and meeting new people came from.

So I'm a German American, currently in her final year of Veterinary School here in Dublin, Ireland. Besides traveling, I enjoy dancing, the out doors, animals, reading a good book, and sports (though I might not be great at them).

Though very busy this year I look forward to hosting and meeting others.

My nickname is Kat, my first name is Vicky so feel free to call me either.

I love meeting new people and honestly don't have the money for hostels when traveling. I am sure I am not the only one who has a bit of a tight budget and thus want to give back by offering a friendly place to stay in the very expensive Dublin city.

兴趣

I'm a veterinary student so of course I love animals. Dogs, cats, rabbits, snakes, lizards, horses...you name it I like it.
Dancing well I really only know how to line dance, Texas two step, candle stick waltz, a little cha-cha and some swing. I guess bits and pieces of Ballroom as well...but I love it and never miss an opportunity.

Music I will listen to almost anything though I have to admit I am not big on Rap. Personally my iPhone mainly has country, rock, pop, and some metal on it. Classically is great when you want to relax and read.

Movies well I like things based on true stories, military, action, sports, and comedy is great as well. Thrillers and Horror is fun in groups.

Books well currently I haven't had time to pleasure read but I enjoy fantasy books most of the time. Books by Nicolas Sparks are also high on my list (does that count as romance?).
