About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm an outdoorsy person, I do a bit of hiking, climbing, boating or whatever fun is on offer. I like the odd pub mission or drinks and hangs at home with good company. I grew up on the beach in QLD and have done plenty of boating/fishing and the like. I've since been living and working full time in Brisbane mostly and starting to slowly tick places from my travel list which is mostly oriented around seeing and being places new & interesting to me especially if there's good outdoor activities to be had!

Interests

Because I work full time I am always trying to find ways to be active and outside in my spare time, which could be anything from a good party or night out, camping, hiking, festivals and whatnot. I like meeting folk from different backgrounds and exchanging stories and debating how we would fix the worlds problems over a beer. I'm also wanting to try to travel about once a year to somewhere new & exciting, although there's already places I'd like to return to.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I completed the Overland trek in Tasmania last year which was challenging and very beautiful, including an impromptu dip in one of the near freezing waterfalls haha ..There is much goodness to be seen in Tasmania and a worthwhile trip if you like camping and bushwalking.
I also went cage diving with sharks in South Africa and spent some nervous nights in Kruger national park, I saw the worlds 2nd highest bungee there and failed to do it and I'm not ashamed. Maybe a little.
