CURRENT MISSION

To finish my education and be able to travel and meet new people while using my education to create art.

ABOUT ME

I am a technical theatre major and plan on starting up my own community theatre to be able to teach kids about the love of the art in many different aspects, whether it be singing, dancing, construction, acting, or even painting. My dream is very ambitious and before then I am searching for connections around the country to get some life experience and learn as much as I can about what I love to do. I love working with kids, so I am also a swim coach. I'd love to travel more before getting my dream started to meet new people and see new places.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to change peoples lives, if only in the smallest ways. You can find beauty in almost any part of life, and I want to share the beauty I see in people and what I love to do with others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only been surfing on couches and each persons house we stayed at was an amazing experience. I would like to be able to host one day but at the moment I am a college student and do not a couch of my own. I would not travel any other way, I have met some wonderful people through cs.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: 1984, Brave New World, The Giver, To Kill a Mockingbird, and Native Son are all good books. Just starting to read Chuck Palaniuk and Neil Gaiman books too
Music: Death Cab, Mumford and Sons, Sufjan Stevens, Florence and the Machine, Oh Land, MGMT, Pheonix, Cage the Elephant, the Beatles, really anything
Movies: I mostly stick to comedies, but I love movies like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I am absolutely in love with the TV show How I Met Your Mother

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've only ever traveled to one place in my life besides the surrounding states of Colorado, and that was to London to see some shows.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach anything that has to do with theatre, such as painting or even sewing, and usually anything athletic or academic based. I am currently exploring more into or politics and economics on my own time just to become more aware of the world around me and the issues that impact my life and others around the world.
