ABOUT ME

I m an easy-going, open minded girl, born and grew up in Beijing. I left my hometown in August, 2012 to pursue a Master degree in USA. Now I'm enjoying exposing myself to this totally new culture.
I want to be a professional engineer such that I can solve real-world problems with my technical knowledge. But I'm not a geek and I hate to be boring. I love travelling, reading and cooking and I'm always ready to meet new friends, learn new things and share my own stories with others wherever I am.

Music, Movies, and Books

Big fun of reading!~ Love all kinds of books covering from biography to novel, from scientific articles to poems and essays(most of which are Chinese though :P). Favoriate book: “The Unbearable Lightness of Being” --Milan Kundera
Not quite crazy for movies and music. But I'm open to anything interesting!~ :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I see myself as an Experiencer. I did mountain hike in Tibet, joint volunteer program in Nepal, traveled alone within China(It's so big that I felt like I'm travelling to different countries without bothering the visa issue...)... I've seen several really amazing scenes and have met all kinds of interesting people. But, the most amazing thing for me is always the new experience I've never had. Ready to be amazed by the future~!
