Overview
About Me
My name is Syazani Sani but you can call me Syaz (pronounced as "shaz"). Graduated with an accounting degree but ended up working in IT. Don't tell me why, I'm still figuring that out lol.
I am passionate in learning about other cultures, breaking my own cultural prejudices that I have and also meeting new people.
I believe that couchsurfing is a great way to do that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Essentially, I love to travel to a new place and explore it as a local. I love to experience why the place I'm travelling to special. To understand what the locals do and find small treasures. I love to meet the locals and know what makes them love the place they're staying in.
Learning new cultures and broaden my perspective is why I travel and I love it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. My visit to Paris Opera House and my visit to a Catholic church in Paris. The experience there is surreal.
2. When I was 18, I was in a high school exchange programme in the States where I was hosted in a small town in Minnesota, USA (population 800). It was an amazing cultural experience that shaped me the way I am today.
I solo travelled across Europe for 3 weeks and it was nothing short but amazing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
