ABOUT ME

We're a bi-cultural (French/English) couple who have finally got round to travelling after talking about it for years. After two months in Africa we spent three months working in Leonora in WA before buying a van and travelling around. We made it as far as Ayers Rock before we broke down/ran low on money so we're working in the resort here for a while. Knowing from experience how expensive it is to stay here, it would be good to help other people enjoy the place on a budget, and having couchsurfers to stay would be a good way for us to break the routine while we're here and feel like we're still travelling! We're laid back, (well Nico is - I stress enough for both of us) and we like to think we are easy to get along with. We've got a wide range of interests and are happiest meeting new people and learning new things from them.

Well as we're new to Couchsurfing I guess our participation so far is in giving it a go?

Hopefully this space will soon be full of excellent memories, but for the moment it has to remain blank as we're still new here.

Interests

Nico = Cinema, watching any sport that has ever been invented, sometimes doing sport (judo and football mainly), food (French cheese in particular), motorbikes, losing track of time while discussing anything and everything over a drink (or lots). Did I mention cheese?
Sydnee = reading anything I can get my hands on, books in general, languages, talking, laughing, learning or trying something new.
