I spent the first twenty-two years of my life living in the southern part of the United States; now, after graduating university, I am spending a year abroad in Munich, Germany. I chose Germany because it's really easy to travel everywhere in Europe and I'm trying to take advantage of this year by going as many places as possible!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My favorite memories from my year abroad so far are all about the people I have met and connected with, rather than the places themselves. I think that Couchsurfing is such a cool idea because you get to not only experience a new place, but connect with people all over Europe.
