Ey ! I'm Sydney. I'm a 26 year old language teacher, writer, translator and graduate student living in Barcelona after a long bout in Montreal. I also can't think of anything to put in this bio that doesn't sound like a reality TV show introduction.

I do really enjoy traveling though (ha... obviously) and meeting people around the world (hahaha...).

I've had great experiences couch surfing in the past and love meetings local when I travel !

兴趣

I love doing stuff outdoors whenever I can (hiking, camping, climbing, running, diving, swimming no matter the temperature and so on). I'm also huge animal person (dogs, cats, horses... you name it).

Otherwise it's hard to go wrong with cooking and eating. Trying new foods when traveling is kind of the best. Also a fan of dancing, fashion and art of all kinds.

Also very into winter sports (ahhh.... Canada) and am an annoying history buff :).

MUSIC: Tried to make a list but it turned out impossible. Let's just say I can get down to music of any kind. Seriously- any kind.

BOOKS: Birdsong by Sebastian Faulks; Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli; The Road by Cormac McCarthy; IQ84 by Haruki Murakami; Battle Royale by Koushun Takami; The Son by Phillipp Meyer

I'm less specific about movies... I like The Big Lebowski, Big Fish and most other Tim Burton movies. Also love nerdy stuff like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Star Wars.
