About Me

From Melbourne, Australia. I just finished my bachelors degree and am beginning a year (or longer!) of travel, work and gaining some new experiences. I tend to be pretty quiet and calm, and get more chatty as I get to know people. I love meeting people who are passionate about what they do and learning new things!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have stayed with a variety of people while on exchange in France, as well as traveling through Italy. I'd love to one day host people as well, when i'm living somewhere I can have guests :)
What I like most about couchsurfing is getting to know all different types of people and having experiences I wouldn't usually have otherwise while traveling. It's also a great way to practice languages!

Interests

Languages, all of them!
Travel

Salsa dancing - although I'm a little rusty so I need some practice :D

Slowly but surely getting into yoga :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I don't watch movies too often but when I do it's often a comedy, romance... anything except horror really! Also foreign language movies of course.
Music: a little of everything!
books: My favourite books are the kind that move you emotionally or really challenge you and make you think... but I enjoy most books really! Some of my favourite authors are Jodi Picoult, Jk Rowling (obviously), John Green and Khaled Hosseini.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going on exchange in France was pretty amazing (the things I would do to go back!), but I'm hoping there are many more amazing experiences to come!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning about famous foods, music, and events in different regions and cities, as well as hearing about other people's travel stories and passions. I also really like language exchanges :)
