There's a secret passion of mine: traveling - maybe it is not that rare among couchsurfers. Nowadays I am a bit confused where I belong to and what can I call my 'home'. I love to taste everything unknown, but on the other hand sometimes I must escape from the noise of the world. In general I am a bit moody person: terribly vidid or extremly slow, but don't worry because it only occurs when I stay with others for long term.
I have been studying for 20 years now and to be honest I would love to quit academia for a while. I like to hear stories of people who claim themselves 'simple' - because I know they are not :) My principle in life to become useful. Of course that I cannot compete with others working in the medical field, but maybe bringing my ordinary days observations to an art form can provide a bridge between different disciplines and people. I want to make everything more and more comprehensive and available. And I cultivate the idea of being self-reflective.
Hm. I am not sure that I am as wise as it sounds now. At least I have another side, which lives only for pancakes filled with Nutella and Belgian beers.
