Hi, my name is Silke and since two years I live in Budapest, the heart of Hungary!
It's a wonderful city to live and I explore a lot of different things here (people, shopping, bars, restaurants,...)

When I'm not working I try to learn Hungarian, I love to make Sports (tennis, crossfit, hiking, kajaking ...) and as often as possible I enjoy the wonderful city and country.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a foreigner in Hungary I know how difficult it could be to start up in a new country/place with a different language.
You'd like to meet new people, spend some time together and explore the city not just as every tourist, than you can contact me.
I would like to have this opportunity in other countries/cities and therefor I offer my guest room for friendly and open-minded people too.
