Adventure Traveller, living with locals is another way of knowing the culture of a place; may the Only way.
I am frinedly and I love to catch little pills from other languages :D
Maybe it could also be possible to save some money and rather to give them to a Hotel, I prefer to pay someone I have met and deserves it.
