Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am fairly new to the CS project. Some local friends in Tahoe had a house that was open to surfers year round. I met some great friends and their house was always a blast. I was stoked that the project uses the internet to create a tangible social experience. I recently went to Europe with a friend and we had a really good time with our hosts. I'm currently living in South Lake Tahoe in a rustic cabin on the meadow. It's a great environment for travelers. Looking forward to bridging the cultural gap and meeting new people!

Music, Movies, and Books
currently reading: "Three Cups of Tea" - inspiring true story. I love walking in someone else's shoes.
Music keeps me alive. Any kind of music I can relate to. I love listening to people play live music, whether it's a living room, a beach, a park, or a concert.
Movies: Off the Map, Fight Club, Boondock Saints, Pay it Forward, Wedding Crashers, Donnie Darko, Snatch, Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (the original), Blood Diamond, Bella, The Departed, Braveheart, Superbad, Into the Wild, Waiting, What Dreams May Come, Ghandi, Life As a House, Grandma's Boy, Pineapple Express, The Endless Summer, Little Miss Sunshine, Garden State, Walk the Line . . .
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went sport climbing with a friend in Arizona a couple of years ago. We found this beautiful remote location - It took an hour of off roading and some hiking to find this river gorge in the middle of no where. The rock was purple with quartz crystals, it was one of the most amazing spots I've ever climbed.
