About Me
CURRENT MISSION
At the moment, I am exploring community life and sustainable living at a Shambhala Meditation Retreat Centre in rural Nova Scotia. My mission is to relax and enjoy life before embarking on a journey around the world this coming December (2015). If you have any advice to offer feel free to send me a message!
ABOUT ME
I smile without reason, and love with all my heart. I relish in the feeling of the sun on my face, the grass under my feet, and a long dress that flows with the wind. I wear the same baggy second-hand sweater all winter long.
I am very gentle, cheerful, and extroverted. I love to make people laugh and to be silly. I am passionate, hardworking, and adventurous! I will shamelessly point out my own flaws, and laugh about them. I love cafes, tea, and spontaneity.
I am a vegetarian and like to shower twice a week....
PHILOSOPHY
I deeply connect with Buddhist philosophy and the lifestyle, so I took refuge in 2013. To me, this means that I am dedicated to simplicity, humanity, and to living a life that is beneficial to others.
I am inspired by a different quote everyday.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love to connect with people from all over the world. When I travel I would like to have an in-depth experience of the local lifestyle. I figure the best way to accomplish this is to sleep on their couches.
Interests
I love yoga and meditation in the morning, and exploring new places throughout the day. In the evenings I'm totally down for reading, writing, art, music, or just some good conversation.
I really enjoy camping, hiking, and working with my hands. I also occasionally indulge in video games, board games, and dancing all night long.
