One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 20, I traveled through Finland and Iceland for about 10 days with one goal in mind: to connect with as many locals as possible. I ended up having conversations with nearly 200 people! I carried a sketchbook with me and asked some of them to write a message in it. Amazingly, more than 50 people did—and the very last page was filled by a Belgian guy sitting next to me on my flight home. That sketchbook has become one of my greatest treasures, a reminder of the kindness and stories shared by strangers who briefly became part of my journey.
