About Me

Hello, I'm TK-Entertainer from Japan. I play bucket drums, do magic and entertain people on the streets of the world in a yellow bright costume as "Duckman".
If there is any chance that you can crush at your place, I would appreciate it a lot.
I'm passionate but I'm really quiet and I'm not a party person but I love talking. ^^

My purpose in life is to make people laugh and happy. And my ultimate goal is to travel to poor countries where they can't use water or electricity, to help the children by spreading hope instead of simply just donating money.
I was abandoned and abused by my mother, and I was left at the hospital as an orphan. Moreover, I lost my two sisters and my father killed himself because of debt.

I saw enough people sad and disappointed. Especially when I was in an orphanage.
So I decided to be a happy person. I would love to prove that anyone can do anything if they are determined.
I decided to use buckets and pans to show that even "garbage" can be turned into instruments and create something beautiful.
The buckets represent that it's never about what you have but what you can make out of it. Just like people and situations.

And so, I became Duckman from nothing.

I chose to perform on the streets so that anyone can watch my performance. Deaf people, blind people, poor people , old or young kids. Even animals can enjoy my performance. I’m traveling around the world to spread happiness and put a smile on people's faces.

So far, I've been to Australia, Canada and the United States. It’s not like a temporary back packing. Happiness to me is the most important aspect in my life.I would love people to remember the moment when they genuinely smile.

Thank you for taking your time to read my message. I sincerely appreciate you. Thank you.

I'll leave my information below. Have a nice day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to talk with local people and I'd like to experience new cities as well. It's good to stay in a fancy hotel for sure but I'd rather sleep on the couch and experience new things.
I love psychology and I studied a lot and I was working as a therapist for a year. You can talk to me about anything ^^!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love marvel movies so much.
DC too! I guess HERO stuff...? And I love anime like Ghibli. I listen to pop-music like Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars...?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Busking on the streets makes me experience a lot. In a good way , and a bad way too.

One day, when I was busking, a woman who was in a wheelchair came up to me. She looked very mad at me and it looked like she was going to complain about me. I stopped playing bucket drums and I listened to her carefully. She seemed to be struggling to speak and coughed a lot, but she finally managed to tell me and said: “Thank you for brightening my life”. A woman behind her, who was holding her wheelchair for her, told me she was dying tomorrow from cancer. So she wanted to come out and enjoy the sun. I tried not to cry but it meant the world to me

My goal of becoming an amazing entertainer, and brightening peoples lives has challenged me to learn new things and always pushes me forward to become better. I look forward to seeing you and I mean it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm fluent in Japanese as well. But I speak English pretty fine too^^ I would have no problem talking with anyone in English. If you would like to, let's make sushi together !

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've busked in Australia, Canada, America, Japan so far. I've met interesting people and I've experienced a lot. For example, I was almost killed by three guys because I trusted strangers .... (;-;)
