About Me
Hi, my name is Takashi. Absolutely love to travel different countries, meet people, and experience different cultures.
I am an aspiring architect with big dreams. I am a strong believer in the ability of design thinking and research for making extraordinary impact impacts on people’s life.
Just graduated from college (UCLA) and looking for a job/professional environment that challenges me to get out of my comfort zone and to grow in to design professional.
Nice to meeting you all!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling to get to know people, places, and cultures and figured this would be a great opportunity for me to use couchsurfing for the first time because
1) it will allow me to meet with local people and experience the city at local level
2) I have to live on a tight budget since I am not legally allowed to work because of my VISA status (until OPT approval will be given to me by the beginning of October) and my apartment lease end soon.
Longer term stay will be much appreciated, but I will be grateful if you can let me stay for short time too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My best friend/best playmate since kindergarten found a small coastal town called Boccadasse in Northern Italy when we are taking a bike trip down from Genova to Rapallo and spent a day in the town doing nothing but observing how local fishermen and their family are spending their day. At dusk, we saw the best sunset in our life. As the sun went down, every single building on the hill was taking on the glow of the setting sun. (I have pic in my profile)
