About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Getting job position in relation to energy and sustainability at university level..
ABOUT ME
Hello! I am from the small coastal city, Kamaishi, in the northeastern region in Japan. But, in June 2012, I live in Lund and I am not sure where to settle after the summer yet.
I worked for science research funding in Tokyo for 4 years. I came to have strong interests in the environment and sustainability, and started my education in Environmental Studies in Lund, Sweden. I have just finished it in the beginning of June. I have just started seeking a job as a researcher/consultant in relation to energy and sustainability.
I am interested in diverse cultures and I consider myself is open to different cultures, customs and foods. I spent about 2 years in Lund with friends from all over the world, and I feel much more adaptable and flexible in different cultural context.
PHILOSOPHY
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma ― which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." by Steve Jobs, Commencement '05 at Stanford University

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I never forget my trip to Greece to see the Olympic games. I stayed in the airport, camping site and on the bench in the park as all the accommodations were too expensive that time. I was interviewed by some TV companies, watched different types of sports and made new friends unexpectedly. That is why traveling by myself is fun!
My experience of internship in Asian Development Bank in Philippines. I learned a lot through my works and from colleagues/friends. Worked a lot, and played a lot!
11th March in 2011 was unforgettable for me. I was in Sweden that time. My hometown was affected by the massive tsunami. I struggled with reaching my family and relatives for 2 weeks, but luckily all of them survived. This event changed my value on life and family.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach karate if anyone wants to. I wish I could learn how to play ukulele.
