Wow, couchsurfing was a great experience for me this summer, met very nice people in slovenia, coratia, hungary, slovakia and poland. It gave a good chance to know new cultures and languages, went shrooming with Ludo from slovakia, went sailing with Imre from hungary, Hiking with Janusz from Poland, and more great experiences...

went to the amazonas for a survival trip
climbed the Tatry mountains in slovaika and almost died

how to make ANGRIYE, a typical iraqian dish:
Take two eggplants, slice them to 0.5 cm wide slices and put salt on them for 20 minutes. make a mixture of minced meet, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, 2 eggs, parsly, minced onion and gralic, spices you like, and make of the mixture small balls. fry the eggplant slices in deep oil from both sides, and wrap every meat ball with a fried slice of eggplant. put them all in the oven for an hour and enjoy! bete'avon!
