Interests

I like to go out into nature, like hiking (I enjoy hiking in the Alps and it was really memorable to do some treks in New Zealand and Nepal). Every year I start training for a half-marathon but I never did one. I like concerts, movie theaters, meeting friends for coffee, a beer and since lately for wine (New Zealand got me addicted to Sauvignon Blanc and now I try to find something as tasty here). I earn my living as a Ph.D. in neuroscience (tinnitus research), which luckily allows and even fosters travelling.
