If there is an obstacle in your life, whether it be internal or externally affecting you, the first step to overcoming it is acknowledgement and acceptance. When you acknowledge something you start to notice it, you can work out when and why it occurs and how it affects you. Working out how to deal with it is much easier when you can recognise, accept and understand the obstacle.
