Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently traveling as a freelance photographer and looking to save some money until I get back to a regular job. I like the idea of sleeping in people's houses that I don't know, having a different experience every time and getting to know characters with so many unique backgrounds.
I can see and appreciate the openness and kindness of the people here and make the best out of it while offering the best that I have also.

Music, Movies, and Books

As a musical genre I think I have been through pretty much every existing type, but the most so far, I have listened to rock music and electronic, as trance, psy trance and ambiental. Besides this, I am currently interested in funk, hip hop, world music, lounge and experimental.

I am not so keen on watching movies as I used to be, now being more on Youtube watching history, politics, technology, social matters and comedy.

The books I have been most interested in, were those written by Carlos Castaneda (an anthropologist describing his experiences in Mexic with a shaman), Osho(a prominent spiritual figure) and other different ones like Alain de Botton (modern english philosopher-I absolutely loved his 'Art of travel'), Jared Diamond(anthropologist-'The world until yesterday') and many others.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been heavily preoccupied with knowing and developing myself, as a human, as a friend, as a person to interact with. I have a lot to offer and I find more as I offer, in terms of good vibes and new horizons, enjoyable perspectives over life.
I also start to develop a nomadic mindset, to be on the move as much as I can, to maintain a fresh appetite for action and keep things going. I am not there yet but I am learning and practicing.
I love people, I love opening myself up and encourage others to do it also, building bridges and tapping into people`s potential.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My knowledge over various topics like psychology, music, travelling and also the energy that I do my best to preserve as fresh and dynamic.
As I am traveling with my photography equipment, I would love to provide photoshooting sessions as it's a thing I love and can do it voluntarily.
