I have always had a plan in life. Go to school, get a good degree and find a great job. But recently I have learnt that there is just so much more to life then that!

I have decided to take some time off to travel the world and get to know it (and myself) a little better 😊

I am a fun, sweet, kind person who can be a little quiet sometimes. I really love getting to know people and sharing.

South Africa is a stunning country and I have taken every opportunity I can get to go travel it! The nature is so serene and we have absolute gems hidden throughout our beautiful country. I am so excited to see what other countries around the world have to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been on a few organized trips overseas, two of which enabled me to volunteer with slum children in India and teach English in Thailand. But I have never done anything like this before. To be away from home for so long and be in so many new countries is really exciting, and a bit intimidating as well.

My boyfriend has been getting super into Couchsurfing and it has given me a lot of comfort to know that there is such an incredible community out there filled with the best people!

While I travel I would love to be able to meet locals, learn from their life experience and share my journey with them. I am exciited to become a part of this community and really think its the single best thing that I can do in preparation for my time away.

Although I havent had the opportunity to host myself yet, I have met up with CS'ers who have stayed at my Boyfriend and have so enjoyed the experience. I look forward to being able to meet up, and surf while I am away and host when I am back!

I love so many different types of music its hard to decide on a favourite: Im just going to go with all of them 😂 But Alec Benjamin, Lewis Capaldi, Dean Lewis, Twenty One Pilots, Dermot Kennedy and Halsey are my tops at the moment.

I'm a sucker for predictable rom-coms. I also love the marvel movies 😍
